What Others Are Saying About Kinross Golf Courses

“The Scottish Ladies' (Close) Amateur Championship was held at Kinross Golf Courses (Montgomery Course) in July 2009. The Board of the SLGA, and the players, are very grateful for the courtesy of the course which was in excellent condition and proved to be a fitting challenge for the Championship. All the staff and club members were very helpful and made everyonewelcome. The SLGA hopes that it will be possible to return to Kinross for future events.”
Fiona Cowan, Championship Director for the Scottish Ladies' Golfing Association

“I had to write to say thank you on behalf of our Golf Society for a superb day on Kinross Golf Courses last week.  The organisation was first class and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff involved, whether in the back office, in the pro shop, or in the clubhouse. The courses themselves are in perfect condition and it was a pleasure to play golf in such fine surroundings.  We will definitely be back!”

Major Alex Stewart, Secretary of the Black Watch Regiment Golf Society

"The term "hidden gem" is often over used when describing golf courses but in the case of The Kinross Golf Courses it could not be more appropriate. The 36 hole complex located on the banks on Loch Leven offers a wonderful test of golf in a truly delightful setting. Measuring a little over 6500 & 6200 yards respectively The Montgomery and The Bruce courses may appear modest in length. However a subtle combination of tree-lined fairways, clever bunkering, subtle doglegs and undulating putting surfaces  provide ample defense. A solid strategy, precise shot making and a deft touch are prerequisites if a golfer is to  conquer The Kinross Golf Courses. Only a very few will succeed in doing this, but all who visit are sure to enjoy the challenge..."
